Dynamics 365 Engineer ( F&O Technical Consultants)

Role Summary

We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Engineers to design, develop and support Dynamics 365 solutions powering field services, operational workflows and customer journeys.

This is a multi-hire opportunity aligned with a growing Dynamics 365 Field Service landscape, requiring strong hands-on expertise across Power Platform.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, delivery-focused and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business requirements
• Design and tailor workflows and business processes to optimize operational efficiency
• Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Implement and support Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities
• Administer Dynamics 365 environments including security, access and configuration
• Manage release planning and coordinate deployments across environments
• Support production operations, incident resolution and platform stability
• Develop and maintain APIs to enable robust system integrations
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
