Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation Technical Consultant / Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant / Architect with strong expertise in ERP customization, complex third-party application integrations, and Agentic AI solution development. The role will focus on the clients core ERP platform and its integration with multiple industry-specific applications. This position offers the opportunity to drive significant business impact and contribute to future ERP and Industry Cloud Architecture (ICA) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Build and manage web service and API integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications.
• Deliver complex integrations across industry-specific applications and enterprise platforms.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions, including custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations with D365 F&O and MTech using IBM Enterprise Advantage.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure reliable data exchange, system interoperability, and performance across integrated applications.
• Support ERP modernization initiatives and contribute to future ERP and Industry Cloud Architecture (ICA) opportunities.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) customization and development.
• Experience developing web services and integrating systems using APIs, including REST-based integrations.
• Experience integrating D365 F&O with one or more of the following applications/platforms:
• HighJump
• Truck Scale
• RMH
• MTech
• WEM
• Microsoft Teams
• SAP
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
• Customer Portals
• Experience in Agentic AI solution development.
• Knowledge of custom MCP development and integration with D365 F&O and MTech using IBM Enterprise Advantage.

Industry Experience

Prior experience in the poultry industry is highly preferred. An understanding of poultry-industry business processes and the applications used within this ecosystem will be a significant advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A technically strong D365 F&O professional who can independently drive ERP customizations and complex integrations, with exposure to Agentic AI solutions. Experience working with poultry-industry applications and business processes will be particularly valuable.
