TCS is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary

• Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements
• Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.
• Responsible for the co-ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.
• Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram.
• Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps
• Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration
• Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system

Experience required

• Experience of working in onsite-offshore model Experience of preparing Knowledge based articles and standard operating procedures
• Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow
• Experience of working in Agile methodology
• Excellent communication
• Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration
• Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
• Microsoft certification desired
