We are seeking a seasoned DYNAMICS 365 TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to lead the strategic design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on customization and structural integrity to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex system integrations and CRM workflows to ensure data consistency and operational fluidity.
- Establish and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, overseeing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for efficient software delivery.
- Utilize Power Apps and Power BI to create interactive applications and insightful analytics dashboards that empower decision-making.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to enhance system capabilities and automate intricate processes.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Possess 6-8 years of hands-on work experience within the IT Services domain, specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical architecture, customization, and system design.
- Exhibit strong command over system integrations and the creation of sophisticated CRM workflows.
- Show proven expertise in configuring Azure DevOps environments and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Be skilled in developing custom applications using Power Apps and creating visual data representations with Power BI.
- Display exceptional stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to communicate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their practical application in enterprise environments.
