What you'll be doing
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Take ownership of solution design, integrations, workflows and data models
- Work closely with BAs, project teams and stakeholders to turn requirements into practical solutions
- Review technical designs and ensure development follows agreed standards and best practice
- Help shape the ongoing technical direction and improvement of the platform
- Support the development and growth of your team
What we're looking for
You could already be operating as a Technical Lead, or you might be a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer looking for your first formal leadership opportunity.
You'll ideally bring:
- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE development experience
- Good knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience with integrations, APIs and enterprise applications
- An understanding of Azure and cloud-based integration
- Strong technical design and problem-solving capability
- Experience mentoring or supporting other developers
- Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- An interest in developing your skills across architecture and technical leadership
