Dynamics CRM Onshore Tech Lead/Architect
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, solution architecture, and CRM deployments.
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong functional understanding of CRM across various domains, especially Sales and Service modules.
Deep expertise in Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience with:
Power Automate and Connectors
Power Apps
CRM Plugins and JavaScript
CRM data modeling
Workflow automation
Experience designing and developing CRM integrations using various patterns, including:
API-based integrations
ETL
Batch jobs
App-based/ISV solutions
Experience designing and executing large-scale CRM data migrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
Strong knowledge of CRM Solutions, ALM, environment management, and deployments.
Experience with OOB Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI.
Knowledge of data platforms connected to CRM, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
Experience with Copilot in D365/M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and development of agents/chatbots.
Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
D365 Certification: PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100.
Knowledge of Azure components; AZ-900 certification preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work effectively within an Agile delivery model.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
Provide effective CRM solutions within tight delivery timelines.
Conduct CRM solution approach and architecture workshops.
Create High-Level Technical Design (HLTD) documentation.
Design CRM data and integration solutions.
Manage CRM environments for development, testing, UAT, and production.
Provide deployment and production support for CRM solutions.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
