Dynatrace Implementation Engineer

WE ARE HIRING | DYNATRACE IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

Work Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ Years Overall | 3+ Years Relevant Dynatrace/APM Experience

We are looking for experienced Dynatrace Implementation Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and enterprise observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate.
Implement full-stack and infrastructure monitoring for enterprise applications.
Configure dashboards, alerts, Management Zones, tags, workflows, and SLOs.
Work with DQL, logs, metrics, distributed traces, Smartscape, and Davis AI.
Implement Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow for event and incident management.
Troubleshoot production monitoring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration.
Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate.
DQL, dashboards, alerting, and full-stack monitoring.
ServiceNow integration and event management.
Scripting and API-based automation.
Windows/Linux administration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise application onboarding.
• Production support and hypercare experience.
