We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dynatrace / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of applications and infrastructure.
Role & responsibilities
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace.
Configure dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions.
Analyze application logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues.
Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Work on incident management, problem management, and service reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams.
Support cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
Improve system availability, scalability, and overall performance.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring and observability.
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, logging, and performance analysis.
Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or Bash.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Dynatrace, AWS, Azure, or DevOps.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
