E-commerce Account Manager

Discussion

BSI Merch & Artist Services runs official D2C Shopify stores for some of the biggest artists in the world, and around 200 of those stores we run on behalf of our clients. We need someone to own those relationships.

Tasks

You'll be the single point of contact for our key clients on the UK and EU side: taking the brief, getting stores set up and configured properly, getting products ingested, making sure the warehouse is ready, running presales and No Purchase Necessary campaigns, advising on chart eligibility and making sure the customer service team knows what's coming. You won't do all of it yourself. You'll coordinate our store design, product ingestion, warehouse and customer service teams, and you'll own the outcome.

Berlin based, full time, competitive salary. Reports to the Head of Operations.

Requirements

You'll need hands-on Shopify experience, a working knowledge of chart reporting rules (Official Charts Company and Billboard), a practical grasp of inventory and fulfilment, and the kind of organisation that keeps 200 stores and dozens of launches moving without anything slipping. Experience in music, merchandise or with a label or artist management company helps. A love of live music helps too. Most of us have one.

Benefits

  • A welcoming and creative work environment in our Berlin office, located in the heart of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg
  • Monthly team lunches and occasional social events
  • Discounts on monthly BVG Ticket & Urban Sports Club
  • A supportive, friendly atmosphere where your contributions matter and your growth is encouraged
  • Be part of a dynamic artist services & merchandise company working on exciting projects with a passionate team
