E Commerce Catalog Lead

Role summary
Support daily E commerce Photography operations and auction‑listing workflows.
Entry‑level; training provided.

Responsibilities

• 1. Digital Content & Listing: Prepare auction catalog content and upload listings with photos to the Company platform and social media.
• 2. Marketing Support: Assist with planning and posting on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to promote upcoming auctions.
• 3. Photography & Design: Produce clear product photos and basic graphics for auction previews, highlights, and marketing materials.
• 4. Bidder Engagement: Respond to bidder enquiries online, support live auctions, and follow up with interested collectors.
• 5. Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and maintain the customer and item database.
• 6. Operations Support: Coordinate with the operations team on item intake, invoicing, and post-auction logistics as needed.

Requirements

• Creative and detail-oriented with good writing skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic design/photo editing tools.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
