Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales data file building — Complete weekly and monthly sales data export, cleaning and archiving; keep the ledger on a consistent, traceable basis; produce basic analysis (GMV, units, conversion, regional and category splits); escalate anomalies to the Lead the same day with the scope of impact and a first read on the cause.

  2. Plan execution tracking — Break annual, quarterly and monthly plans into weekly task lists; publish execution progress weekly, surface deviations and drive owners to close the gaps.

  3. Traffic & conversion analysis — Pull traffic, conversion rate, page and user-path data in GA4 / FineBI and produce a standard weekly report; carry out first-pass attribution for fluctuations (channel, page, campaign, price) and bring one to three actionable recommendations to the Lead for review.

  4. Competitor & market monitoring — Monitor regional competitors' sites, campaign mechanics, pricing and promotional cadence weekly, and compile a concise comparison; track brand share movements and escalate anomalies promptly.

  5. Promotion & pricing execution — Configure regional and country-site discounts, coupons and campaign prices according to the rules issued by the Lead; submit approvals and follow through to launch; before go-live, run MSRP and compliance-display checks (strike-through price, discount labels, terms); synchronise MSRP promptly on Product Department price-change notices.

  6. Campaign & page support — Deliver the execution side of Tier-B/C campaigns (asset collection, page build, go-live checklist, post-campaign data review); contribute the execution side of Tier-Non-S page planning (structure build, product placement, multilingual copy proofing); support localisation projects.

  7. Product & inventory operations — Prepare materials and complete system actions for SKU launches and delistings; maintain the SKU ledger; flag low-performing SKUs for the Lead's decision; follow up shipping, expediting and stocking, update the inventory ledger promptly and raise alerts on abnormal stock.

  8. Daily site checks — Inspect product pages, prices, stock status, links and functional modules daily; log and track tickets; escalate functional anomalies or compliance risks immediately and do not resolve them independently.

  9. Collaboration & routine work — Work with design, content, supply chain and customer service to close items out; maintain meeting minutes and process documentation; attend company and department training and complete the learning tasks set by the mentor; take on ad-hoc assignments.
