| Manage business growth and financial returns of shops assigned
and ensure overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring
and reviewing * Conduct thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, assortment and come up with strategy to drive growth, and execute the growth strategy * Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint * Leverage marketing resources. Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns or promotions to reach sales targets. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports through collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends for internal weekly sales and marketing meeting * Manage product creation, orders, campaigns, advertisement, shop content such as in-shop banner, product cover photo, title and description optimization, feeds etc * Proficient in the use of paid promotion tools such as paid ads, bundle deals etc through market analysis, search rank optimization to increase shop traffic and conversion rate. * Analyze the competitor stores and work out a reasonable marketing plan. Research platform trends, analyze and understand local top search keywords and hot-selling products * Able to drive progress independently * Result-oriented, team player and energetic attitude, manage a team of ecommerce shop specialists * Willing to be placed at Sentul |
