E Commerce Merchandising Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for things related to finding and selecting a product online. This includes, but is not limited to, Site Search, Navigation, Product Results Pages, Product Detail Pages, Product Images and content related to guided shopping experiences

• Manage product setup, categorization, and merchandising on the e-commerce platform
• Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and optimized (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing)
• Monitor performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, sell-through, inventory levels, etc)
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to recommend assortment and pricing strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, IT, and Inventory teams to execute site updates and campaigns
• Maintain merchandising calendars and promotional timelines
• Conduct routine site audits to ensure optimal user experience and navigation
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling

Position Alignment: (Reports To/Matrix Mgr./Span of Control)

Required Skills:

• Experience with SEO best practices
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with PIM or ERP systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital retail
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred being Magento/Adobe Commerce or Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central)

Work Environment/Physical Requirements/PPE:

· Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
