Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads via phone, email and online channels
- Maintain existing customer accounts and support outreach to potential B2B customers
- Update online product listings, prices and stock availability
- Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
- Follow up with customers on orders and delivery updates
- Maintain basic sales records and inventory reports
- Use digital tools to support daily sales and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, customer service or e-commerce operations
- Good communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using online platforms
- Willing to learn digital and AI tools
- Interest in pets and pet products is an advantage
