E-Commerce Sales Executive (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)

Salary: $3200
Work Days: 5.5 Days
Work Location: West (near Clementi MRT Station)

Responsibilities:
• Manage online sales on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor performance and improve conversion.
• Execute promotions, campaigns and pricing.
• Maintain product listings, pricing and stock accuracy.
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track performance.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or Marketing
• 2 to 3 years of E-cCmmerce experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or similar platforms
• Experience with online platform ads
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Singaporean only need apply
