E-commerce / sales support

We are a looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and manage the online part of the business and support the retail and wholesale team.

Tasks include:

-Stock entry on the website's backend

-Maintaining stock status and prices on the website

-Communicate with online customers

-Coordinate order fulfillment with delivery company

-Prepare offline materials for sales support (price lists, presentations, catalogs...)

-Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, or its equivalent.

-Understanding of online measures such as advertising, content, search optimization and eCommerce principles.

-Customer Service Skills

-Computer Skills (Wordpress knowledge is a plus)

-Languages: English (French is a plus)

-Previous experience in retail is preferable
