E-Commerce Social Media and Content Specialist - Pet Niche & Shopify
Title: E-Commerce Social Media & Content VA (Pet Brand / Shopify)
About Us:
We're a fast-growing US-based Shopify e-commerce store in the pet and lifestyle niche serving over 150,000 happy customers. We're expanding our organic social media presence and need a creative, self-driven VA to help us grow heading into the Q4 holiday season.
About the Role:
This starts as a few hours per week with real potential to grow. We reward people who show initiative and deliver quality work consistently. The path looks like this:
Start with a short unpaid test task to make sure it's a great fit on both sides
Move into a paid trial period
Hours increase as you prove yourself
Long term this can become a full time position for the right person
What You'll Do:
Create and schedule organic posts for Facebook and Instagram using Canva
Transform plain supplier product images into scroll-stopping ad creatives using Canva and AI tools
Find high-engagement viral pet content and repurpose it for our pages
Write captions and hashtags that match our brand voice — fun, warm, pet-lover focused
Add new products to Shopify with descriptions and images
Basic video content with CapCut is a strong bonus

You're a Great Fit If You:
Have a genuine eye for what makes content stop the scroll and understand why things go viral
Can take a plain supplier image and make it look like a professional ad in Canva
Have managed social media for an actual brand — not just personal accounts
Have added products to Shopify or a similar platform
Write clean natural English
Are self-directed and don't need constant supervision
Are available during US hours at least part of the time
Rate: $7–$10/hour USD depending on experience
Location: Remote - Argentina
