E-Commerce Specialist cum Admin
Summary
Handles day-to-day e-commerce operations including product photography, listing management on platforms like Shopee and Shopify, order fulfillment, and live-stream selling sessions.
Job scope
- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage
- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage ifknowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration andfulfillment.
- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.
- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.
- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee,Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.
- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook,Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years relatedexperience.
- Able to work overtime
- Basic skill in Photography
- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaisewith Chinese counter-part.
