E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor @ Victoria's Secret/ Bath & Body Works

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage the e-commerce warehouse operations, by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce fulfilment operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of e-commerce orders.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
• Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and track key warehouse KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support peak periods, campaigns, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse/e-commerce experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
