E&I / Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Chemical / Petrochemical Plant

Responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out electrical, instrumentation and control system maintenance activities in plant environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems such as PLC, DCS, HMI, control panels, sensors, transmitters, analyzers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, calibration and modification works.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, contractors and vendors on maintenance activities.
• Support plant shutdown, turnaround and improvement projects when required.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, environmental and company requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records and technical documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in E&I, electrical, instrumentation or plant maintenance.
• Candidates from chemical, petrochemical, process plant, refinery or manufacturing environment are welcome.
• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, HMI, analyzers, transmitters, sensors, control panels or electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Experience with SAP / CMMS, calibration, troubleshooting or commissioning is preferred.
• Able to work with operations, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
