A Day in the Life

You will lead the commercial and affiliate acceleration across social commerce platforms—including TikTok Shop—for our professional brands: L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Matrix. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you will turn social engagement and creator partnerships into sustainable business growth.

• Own channel strategy to accelerate the engine & lead JBP with key customers to deliver ambition

• Monitor yearly & monthly targets in terms of market share, sales performance & channel investment

• Build up strong plan to excellent the business, capture new source of growth & master in promotional management across channels

• Ensures online brand presence follow brand guideline by cooperating with E-MKT and Brand team related to media strategy, merchandising and online activities.

• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through transactional media and a seamless customer experience online

• Work closely with operation team to ensure customer experience in term of delivery and after sales service.

• Engage with affiliate to deliver brand strategy on both advocacy & conversion driven across channel

• Drives relationship with partners, agency & MCN to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners.

• Develops customer understanding through data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.

We Are Looking For

You bring commercial drive, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a clear understanding of social commerce dynamics. You bring:

• Commercial & Key Account Management: Proven capability leading commercial negotiations, Joint Business Planning, and promotional budget allocation.

• Social Commerce & Affiliate Expertise: Direct experience managing social commerce ecosystems (such as TikTok Shop) alongside creator and affiliate networks.

• E-Commerce Analytics: Practical ability to interpret traffic, conversion rates, and consumer behaviour to optimise the path to purchase.

• Transversal Collaboration: Skill in connecting brand marketing, operations, and external commercial partners around shared targets.

• Operational English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English, comfortable presenting commercial plans and negotiating with external partners.
