Lead educational projects that improve the student experience, from design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring innovation and quality in every initiative.

What you'll do

• Detect needs and areas for improvement.
• Design and coordinate end-to-end educational projects.
• Analyze data and incidents to propose solutions.
• Collaborate with pedagogical, technological, and operational teams.
• Evaluate impact and propose continuous improvements.

What we're looking for

• Training in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, or similar.
• Experience in project management and digital tools (LMS, AI, advanced Office).
• Valuable experience in UX/UI applied to education and in university environments.
• Valuable knowledge in graphic design and tools such as Figma and/or Genially.

Key competencies: Effective communication, project management, proactivity, and innovation.
