E-Prescription Specialist – US Healthcare
About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated E-Prescription Specialist – US Healthcare
to support growing prescription volume across our telehealth clinic network. This is a single-function role focused entirely on e-scribing and pharmacy order processing. You'll work exclusively with one direct report, managing order status, issues, and updates in a remote, US-business-hours setup.
Key Responsibilities
Process e-scribing and pharmacy orders accurately and on time
Manage prescription ordering workflows through LifeFile (required system)
Coordinate directly with team on order status, issues, and updates
Maintain accuracy and compliance with pharmacy ordering protocols
Flag and escalate order discrepancies or delays promptly
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in US healthcare operations
Hands-on experience with LifeFile (mandatory — no ramp-up time available)
Strong understanding of e-scribing workflows and pharmacy ordering processes
Comfortable working US business hours
What You'll Need to Succeed
Prior experience supporting telehealth or multi-clinic healthcare networks
Familiarity with other e-prescribing platforms beyond LifeFile
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with minimal oversight
