Job Description:
The ramp sanitation operator is responsible for operating vehicles and must obtain a valid license.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate & drive 16-foot box truck on ramp at the airport to transport gondolas with trash and recycling

Pick up trash from bins and gondolas around the airport

Collect gondola equipment and sand spreading equipment

Toss recycling materials and trash into large bins or compactors

Clean specified areas with cleaning equipment

Pick up janitorial supplies for delivery to site

Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts

Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance

Report defects, accidents or violations
-
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations
-
Occasional power washing
-
Other duties as assigned
