About the Role:
Sales Operation for managing all production delivery and fulfillment for the key account.
Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication and Issue Resolution:
• Act as the main point of contact to report and address any fulfillment
• Related status & problems (e.g., delays or missing items) promptly and find effective resolutions.
• Customer's Order/Demand Management:
• Collaborate with AM, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure supply fulfillment from FCS demands receipt to delivery.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:

-Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure BOM materials are available for fulfillment

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering or restocking to avoid shortages or delays.
