E0C-資深光機工程師(Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer-CPO/Fiber Attach)

1. 負責CPO/NPO Optical Engine與Fiber Array Unit(FAU)之光機整合、Fiber Attach 與Optical Packaging技術開發。
2. 執行Active/Passive Optical Alignment、Precision Assembly與光纖耦合驗證。
3. 負責光機結構設計、3D CAD、Mechanical Tolerance Analysis及精密組裝治具開發。
4. 開發Epoxy Bonding、UV Curing、Thermal Curing等Fiber Attach製程。
5. 分析Optical Coupling Loss、Alignment Shift、Thermal Stress與Post-Bond IL Drift。
6. 建立Fiber Attach 製程 DOE、Assembly Yield、Reliability Validation與品質驗收標準。
7. 與光學、機構、製造及供應商團隊合作，支援CPO/NPO Assembly、DFM與NPI導入。
