Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive support to senior team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, room setup, and follow-up actions.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, mail/courier, vendor coordination, and building management liaison.
- Support onboarding/offboarding logistics, visitor arrangements, team events, offsites, business meals, and travel coordination for visiting colleagues or stakeholders.
- Assist with basic finance and administrative tasks, including invoice processing, vendor payments, record-keeping, and coordination with finance or external service providers.
- Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices, corporate documents, and office-related files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

- Fluent English and Mandarin required.
