Build relationships. Solve technical challenges. Grow as a consultant and project leader.

As Code Red Consultants continues to grow across the country, we're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys building client relationships, solving technical challenges, and taking ownership of project delivery. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized fire protection and life safety consulting firm where you'll develop your technical expertise, strengthen your project leadership skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape safer buildings and communities. Our project portfolio spans a wide range of markets, including academic, healthcare, residential, science and technology, transportation, and commercial developments throughout the United States.

At Code Red, we are committed to enhancing public safety while providing clients with innovative, intelligent, and practical code compliance solutions. Our collaborative, team-based model allows staff to develop deep technical expertise in specific services and building types while working alongside some of the industry's most respected fire protection and life safety professionals. We foster a culture built on collaboration, accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning, creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

In this role, you will manage assigned code consulting projects, prepare customized technical deliverables, and serve as a day-to-day client contact on select engagements. You'll combine technical expertise, project coordination, and client communication skills to support successful project outcomes. While you'll take ownership of assigned projects and client relationships, you'll do so as part of a collaborative project delivery team that includes project directors and technical specialists.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in code consulting, project coordination, and client service, along with a desire to continue developing technical and project leadership skills. Whether your goal is to deepen your technical expertise, strengthen your project management capabilities, or prepare for future leadership opportunities, you'll find opportunities for continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth at Code Red.
