Plan and deliver Perth's Summer and Winter Vacation Programs, ensuring participants have a meaningful and engaging experience from onboarding through to program completion.
Plan and deliver the Activate (Graduate) Program and other early careers initiatives, creating development experiences that support participants to build confidence, grow professionally and succeed in their roles.
Partner with leaders, buddies and mentors to support participant engagement, development and success throughout their early careers journey.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, programs and candidate experiences, contributing to national projects and strategic initiatives.
Champion inclusive recruitment practices and support the attraction of diverse talent into BDO.
