At Home of Guiding Hands, you'll work one-on-one with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) and their families, helping children learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. What You'll Do
- Partner with families to help children ages 0-3 reach developmental milestones
- Provide in-home developmental support throughout San Diego County
- Create individualized plans and activities for each child
- Coach and support parents using everyday learning opportunities
- Complete assessments, documentation, and progress reports
- Collaborate with therapists and members of the Early Start team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- Teaching Credential or Teaching Permit
- At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities or delays
- Experience working with children ages 0-3 preferred
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families
