At Home of Guiding Hands, you'll work one-on-one with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) and their families, helping children learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. What You'll Do

• Partner with families to help children ages 0-3 reach developmental milestones
• Provide in-home developmental support throughout San Diego County
• Create individualized plans and activities for each child
• Coach and support parents using everyday learning opportunities
• Complete assessments, documentation, and progress reports
• Collaborate with therapists and members of the Early Start team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree
• Teaching Credential or Teaching Permit
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities or delays
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 preferred
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families
