OPEN POSITIONS:

• Centre Director (ECE Level 3 only): Lead campus operations, develop and support teaching teams, ensure licensing compliance, and drive high-quality early childhood education. Previous experience opening or helping establish a new childcare centre is highly preferred.
• Lead Teacher (ECE Level 2 or 3): Lead your classroom, plan engaging learning experiences, and bring our innovative curriculum to life.
• Assistant Teacher (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3): Work alongside Lead Teachers to support children's learning, daily routines, development, and well-being.
• Campus Float Educator (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3): Support classrooms across the campus wherever needed, building positive relationships with children, families, and educators.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid Saskatchewan ECE certification (Level 1, 2 or 3), appropriate to the position
• Certified in Alberta or another province? We welcome your application and can discuss the Saskatchewan certification process.
• Previous experience in a licensed Canadian childcare setting preferred
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and development
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
• Standard First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain before starting
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
