Full Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends!
$35.00/ hour to $40/hour + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

People Incorporated’s Early Intervention team is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Service Coordinator for children and families navigating developmental needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide in-home screenings, assessments, and care coordination

  • Guide families through services using the IFSP model

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team

  • Make a difference—every single day

What You’ll Need:

  • censed RN in MA with pediatric/maternal experience

  • Comfortable with home visits & community engagement
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

  • Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

  • Early Intervention experience is preferred.

  • Compassionate, collaborative, and culturally aware
