Are you a morning person who enjoys staying busy, preparing great food, and helping guests? Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is looking for Early Morning Prep & Lunch Service Team Members to help prepare our restaurant for success each day and support our team during the lunch rush.

This role begins with morning prep and transitions into guest service as the restaurant gets busy. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality and hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

About Us

Rocky's is a family-owned local favorite founded by Mike Sartwell and his family. We serve fresh, never-frozen steak burgers, all-beef Bronx-style franks, homemade chili, fresh-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and more.

We focus on quality, speed, and hospitality through dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and complete morning prep tasks.
• Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Support guests during the lunch rush by taking orders, assembling meals, assisting in the drive-thru, and delivering great hospitality.
• Work closely with teammates to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or food prep experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to start work at 5:30 AM and assist through the lunch rush.
