Your Impact
- Coordinate project activities across planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases to support successful project delivery.
- Support project budgeting and scheduling efforts by tracking project information and assisting Project Managers with reporting and updates.
- Contribute to project controls activities, including risk tracking, progress reporting, forecasting, and documentation management.
- Facilitate subcontractor, supplier, purchase order, and invoicing activities to help keep projects running efficiently.
- Coordinate client invoicing requirements and project documentation to promote accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain project records and document control systems to ensure information is organized, accessible, and compliant with project requirements.
- Support Health & Safety initiatives by assisting with project-specific HSE documentation and tracking activities.
- Enable collaboration across multidisciplinary teams through meeting coordination, logistics planning, field support, and stakeholder communication.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
- Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, engineering, construction, mining, environmental services, or similar environments.
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles and an eagerness to develop project delivery expertise.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.

Compensation
MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
