Role and Responsibilities:

• Role requires good knowledge of Bank products, services and procedures in the area of expertise.
• Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back office banking environment.
• Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team. Is able to control adequately most of the processes and call out when vital and address issue jointly with the team leader.
• Is able to handle some risky operations.
• Gives to the continuous team improvement.
• Contributes in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own area of expertise and may participate to projects or initiatives
• Usually train and mentor in some processes

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banking environment is an asset
• Very good communication skills to ensure outstanding services for our clients
• Ability to pragmatically and efficiently resolve problems
• Able to manage and resolve situations within established guidelines like critical issues or more sophisticated investigations
• Adaptive and flexible attitude to varying scenarios and possible stressful situations
• Assertive capabilities to develop efficient inter-departmental communication
• Proficient in English
• Readiness to perform autonomously and lead or contribute to new and ongoing projects
• Flexible in terms of working hours with shifts.
