Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Retail Sales & Operations to manage and expand our network of wellness centres and salons. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing P&L and improving overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee sales and operations across multiple wellness centres and salons.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, memberships and customer retention.

- Manage centre-wise P&L, operating budgets and cost optimisation.

- Lead centre managers, sales teams, therapists and operational staff.

- Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Manage new centre openings, expansion and launch operations.

- Monitor performance, staff productivity and sales conversions.

- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in the wellness, salon, spa or beauty industry.

- Proven experience managing multiple centres or salon locations.

- Strong knowledge of P&L management, sales and retail operations.

- Experience in business expansion, new centre launches and team leadership.

- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

- Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Retail or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

A results-driven professional with strong experience in multi-location wellness or salon operations, revenue growth, P&L ownership and business expansion.
