A fun, energetic, engaging position assisting aftercare teachers with students K-5th grades.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising children during after school activities
- Assist with homework time and recreational play
- Model Christian values
- Support staff with setup, cleanup, and transitions
Required Skills/Abilities
- Display Christian character and maturity
- Have a servant’s heart and a willingness to assist
- Has a full understanding and is in agreement with the Statement of Faith of Silverdale Baptist Academy and has a strong commitment to school philosophy
- Understand the Mission and Vision of Silverdale Baptist Academy

- Commitment to a Biblical worldview
- Understands that education is an atmosphere, a discipline, a life, and a science of relations
- Understands that teaching is a ministry and that their role is to be the “Living Curriculum” for students
- Maintains a professional standard of dress and an engaging personality
- Prompt and continuous attendance on campus
