ECE Integration Workstream Lead

The (Mars) ECE Integration Workstream Lead (WSL) is accountable for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of the Kellanova integration within the Europe & Central Eurasia (ECE) Integration Programme.

The role ensures alignment between global integration design and regional execution, driving delivery of integration objectives while managing risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder alignment across functions and markets.

The WSL acts as a key connector across the programme ecosystem, translating strategic intent into executable plans and ensuring the region delivers against agreed milestones, value targets, and governance requirements

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Workstream Delivery & Execution

• Define, plan, and deliver integration milestones and outputs against 3 year roadmap time horizon 2026 - 2028

• Develop and maintain detailed workplans aligned to global integration timelines for People / Process / Technology and VC swim lanes

• Monitor delivery progress, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and to required quality

• Drive execution of integration initiatives, including process, system, organisational changes and deployment readiness

2. Governance & Risk Management

• Represent IMO in key governance forums (e.g., Integration Control Board, SteerCo, Global Connects, ECE LT)

• Provide data-driven input on:

  • Project prioritisation

  • Feasibility (resources, funding, capability)

  • Change impact and readiness

• Ensure workstream compliance with governance processes and stage-gate requirements

• Identify, track, and mitigate key risks and issues within the workstreams

• Proactively manage cross-functional and cross-workstream interdependencies

3. Global–Regional Alignment

• Act as the interface between global functional teams (IDTs), Core IMO and ECE regional stakeholders

• Translate global integration design into regionally viable execution plans

• Ensure alignment on:

  • Scope and priorities

  • Timing vs. regional capacity

  • Deployment readiness

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with (ex)Kellanova ECE WSL

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across regional leadership global IMO

• Provide clear and consistent communication on:

  • Workstream status

  • Risks and issues

  • Decisions required

• Direct, coach and engage a strong cross functional team (>100 ECE associates) made of

  • Functional leads

  • PMOs

  • SMEs

  • Change teams

• Exchange best practices with other regional workstream leaders & global IDT

5. Resource & Capacity Planning

• Work with PMO and functional teams to assess:

  • Resource requirements

  • Capacity constraints

  • Funding needs

• Ensure realistic planning that balances integration delivery with BAU operations

• Manage integration 3rd party supplier budget for region

6. Value Delivery & Outcomes Focus

• Ensure delivery contributes to integration value creation objectives

• Track and validate benefits linked to the workstream

• Support achievement of synergy and transformation targets

7. Change & Transition Support

• Support the transition to future-state processes, systems and OD

• Collaborate with change and communications teams to drive adoption

• Enable knowledge transfer and capability building across the region

• Collaborate with P&O and Change to ensure cultural as well as technical integration
