Echocardiograph Technologist
Summary
Performs echocardiograms (including stress and transesophageal) on patients across age groups in a hospital setting, requiring certification and adherence to medical protocols.
Performs transthoracic echocardiograms on pediatric patients over age seven, and on adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in all areas of the hospital. Does stress echo and transesophageal echocardiograms on adult and geriatric patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an ultrasound program
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cardiac sonographer
