Join the team to maximize sales and store productivity by providing an excellent level of customer service. You will actively participate in the perfect operation of the store.
What you'll do
Welcome and assist customers, converting interest into sales opportunities.
Handle inquiries and complaints promptly in-store and by telephone, ensuring satisfaction.
Actively demonstrate products using effective sales techniques.
Maintain store presentation: cleanliness, organized shelving, and record keeping.
Manage orders and employ learned techniques to achieve objectives.
Improve product knowledge through manuals, training, and visits.
Participate in stock reception and ensure accurate documentation.
What we're looking for
Experience in premium retail and/or specialized boutiques.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent sales skills.
B1 English level.
Customer service orientation.
Teamwork skills.
Time management capabilities.
Interest in cooking.
