Ecommerce Fulfillment Operations Associate

Company Overview

Distributor of children and infant products such as baby food, shoes, and others through retail and direct online/ecommerce channels.

Job Summary

Support day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment & distribution operations to ensure timely order processing & accurate stock management for baby and children’s products.

Responsibilities

• Process and pack sales orders accurately and timely to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Manage stock handling and delivery logistics
• Maintain and update accurate stock records and availability across online platforms
• Set up and maintain in-store or event displays
• Work with internal teams, logistics partners, and retail outlets to support daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in the baby and children’s product industry
• Prior experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or logistics a plus
• Basic use of Microsoft Excel or basic inventory/order management systems
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (Additional allowance if assigned driving duties )
