eCommerce Implementation Specialist | WFH

Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a new eCommerce Implementation Specialist to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere!

• Consolidate legacy product content into NetSuite-managed product records
• Align product data for conversion-ready Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
• Build and manage HubSpot-hosted webpages for new Software Toolbox website
• Translate approved Figma designs into live HubSpot webpages
• Implement updated PDPs, homepage, and key landing pages
• Ensure mobile-first, performance-optimized, frictionless user experience
• Move Figma-created pages into HubSpot CMS using AI-assisted tools
• Reformat NetSuite “Buy Now” pages to match HubSpot look and feel
• Maintain visual and functional consistency between HubSpot and NetSuite

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and managing HubSpot CMS websites
• Practical experience with NetSuite in web or eCommerce contexts
• Execute designs accurately and manage updates across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C sales models
• Experience with NetSuite Buy Now, SuiteCommerce, or custom flows
• Knowledge of CRO, UX best practices, and product catalog optimization
• Comfortable with eCommerce implementations and self-service purchasing systems
