  • Track launch status, dependencies, risks, and exceptions and communicate updates to key partners.
  • Help ensure product information is complete, accurate, and ready for launch.

Pricing, Markdowns & Promotions

  • Execute approved price changes, markdowns, and promotional pricing according to established business timelines.
  • Configure onsite promotions, including eligibility, exclusions, timing, and other operational requirements.
  • Validate pricing and promotional accuracy before launch, while promotions are live, and after expiration.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning/Inventory, Marketing, and Finance to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies.

Site Publishing & Maintenance

  • Publish approved content, navigation, and onsite updates within ecommerce systems.
  • Manage scheduled site changes and ensure expired or outdated promotional and content elements are removed.
  • Support product and content launch calendars using established checklists and completion tracking.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate platform or data-related concerns to the appropriate partners.

Quality Assurance & Site Accuracy

  • Perform pre- and post-launch quality assurance across products, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, links, imagery, and publishing status.
  • Conduct routine site checks to identify and resolve execution issues.
  • Document recurring issues, root causes, and corrective actions to improve operational accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across high-volume site updates and launches.

Process Improvement

  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and recommend opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with Technology and business teams to improve and automate product setup, pricing, markdown, publishing, promotional, and QA workflows.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and execution checklists for ecommerce operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of ecommerce tools, processes, and ways of working.

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, catalog operations, digital merchandising, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with ecommerce platforms, CMS/PIM systems, product data, bulk uploads, pricing, or promotional workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Commerce (Magento), including product setup, publishing, pricing, and promotional execution.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including working with large product files, bulk data updates, validation, and reconciliation.
