Job Summary
Join Pink Orchard as a part-time Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage online orders, maintain stock quality, update the online store, and provide customer and operational support with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks on stock items to maintain product standards
- Update and maintain online store content to reflect current inventory and promotions
- Manage stock levels and office supplies to support smooth operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective service support
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to assist daily ecommerce functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month tenure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel to manage data and reports
- Good command of spoken and written English for communication
- Part-time tertiary students are encouraged to apply
