Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our quick commerce operations in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce and a proven track record of managing operations effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our ecommerce platform runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting customer demands and optimizing our supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring high fill rates and efficient order processing. - Analyze sales data and off-take trends to inform inventory management and procurement strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce operations, including stock availability and service order volume (SOV). - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through improved operational practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and quick commerce to drive innovation within the team.
