We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated General Virtual Assistants to join our team!
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- At least 2 years of eCommerce virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, order management and processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Knowledge, navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
- Experience in handling several CRMs
- Industry experiences: Real Estate, Healthcare/Medical, Hospitality, Finance, IT, Education, Immigration, Legal, etc.
Home office setup requirements:
- Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset
- 50Mbps minimum internet speed
- PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
