Job Description

The Commercial Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

• The candidate must have experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on prospecting, portfolio development, conducting commercial negotiations, and assessing market potential.
• It is also necessary to demonstrate the ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with active clients, promoting engagement, loyalty, and constant performance monitoring through in-person or virtual visits.
• Proficiency in developing joint business plans, defining commercial strategies, and monitoring trends and competition is expected, as well as the ability to support clients with training, commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations with end customers.
• Furthermore, skills in tracking sales KPIs, such as volume, average ticket, conversion rate, and churn, preparing management reports, and proposing continuous improvement actions are required.
• The ideal profile possesses analytical capacity, clear communication, strategic thinking, and ease of integration with internal departments.
• Experience related to credit portfolio management, with a focus on payroll-deductible credit products, relationship management, and commercial strategy, is essential for the role.
• Availability to travel.

What your main responsibilities will be:

• Customer Service: Providing personalized support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Contract Renewal: Managing the contract renewal process with clients, ensuring business continuity.
• Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the services offered to clients.
• Prospecting New Clients: Actively searching for new clients, understanding their needs, and presenting customized solutions.
• Continuous feedback with the regional manager and technical team: Constant communication with internal areas to ensure that client needs are considered in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered.
