Ecosystem Management Manager
Responsibilities:
Drive partner ecosystem development and revenue growth for ICT collaboration business. Align cross-party stakeholders to resolve collaboration bottlenecks, deliver steady revenue contribution and meet departmental revenue targets.
Focus on department clients. Lead internal procurement and compliance workflows to enhance service capability and expand revenue-generating partnerships, including vendor selection, commercial term negotiation and business model validation. Compile project information to support management decision-making.
Manage day-to-day vendor/partner operations, nurture long-term relationships and enable partner capabilities to build a sustainable and robust ecosystem.
Maintain regular engagement with partners, update them on policies and resource availability, conduct periodic partnership reviews, activate ecosystem resources, strengthen partner engagement and maximise collaboration returns.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Project teams etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery, and mitigate risks & resolve exceptions during partnership execution.
Track key ecosystem performance metrics and prepare partnership analysis reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering or related fields are preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in ecosystem partnership, channel management, sales or business development within ICT, telecom, software or internet industries.
Familiar with ICT ecosystem models, with proven capabilities in partner development, ecosystem operation and revenue expansion.
Knowledgeable about the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the telecommunications sector, with strong capabilities in project execution and cross-party delivery.
Excellent organization, communication and coordination skills, experienced in cross-departmental and cross-organizational collaboration.
Strong data analysis and business acumen, capable of supporting data-driven decision-making.
Language: Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to conduct business communications and prepare business documents in English.
