Edge Server_產品經理/專案經理

Primary Role:
．Coordinate product development, including resource allocation, communication with stakeholders, and overseeing all product phases (Design, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP).
．Manage cost, schedule, BOM/parts control, and issue resolution to ensure timely product launches.
．Provide third-level technical support, including issue duplication, debugging, and pre/post-sales assistance.
．Oversee NPI project risk management, including material risk buys.
．Manage prototype parts/materials, and support purchasing with inventory tracking and sourcing.
．Escalate critical issues and coordinate regular progress meetings.
．Provide resources for marketing and go-to-market support.
．Provide technical support and training for sales and marketing teams.

Secondary Role:
．Support system assembly, testing, and debugging.
．Assist with product launch planning, market research, and competitor analysis.
．Provide technical support and training for partners, customers, and vendors.
