Role overview
We are looking for an eDiscovery Specialist to join the Global Digital Forensics team, playing a key role in protecting Haleon’s corporate assets and supporting cybersecurity, legal, and investigative activities worldwide.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation, regulatory, and internal investigation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or cyber investigations to contribute to a global, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

- 3+ years of experience delivering eDiscovery services, with exposure to cybersecurity and investigative activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of one year of experience working in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Exterro, OpenText eDiscovery, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or consultancy environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Knowledge of data formats, databases, and file systems.
- Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing workload and responsibilities.
Preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator, CEDS, or similar).
- Experience working with law enforcement agencies or legal teams.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCDA, GSOC, or GCIH.
